Cincinnati Computer Reuse

When you’re refreshing your tech infrastructure, consider donating your surplus computers to Cincinnati Computer Reuse where it can make a difference for a local family or nonprofit.

We refurbish or reuse hardware whenever possible, before recycling. All equipment that is recycled is stored securely until picked up by an R2 certified recycler. You can also choose to remove hard drives prior to donating equipment. We also welcome donations of equipment from individuals.

Cincinnati Computer Reuse brings computers back to life! When businesses replace their laptops and workstations, often after just three years, we clean them up and help them find a new home. You save a bundle and get high-quality equipment with genuine Microsoft software. Computers come with a 1-year warranty and 2 years of free service. No income restrictions apply.

The Cincinnati Computer Reuse is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization, partners with local businesses and individual donors to offer computer recycling and computer reuse programs for Cincinnati. Our staff and volunteers provide an environmentally sound program to divert computer equipment from landfills, while providing low-cost access to technology for schools and qualified individuals under our “Community Access” programs. Our goal is to improve the computer-to-student ratio in schools to prepare students for higher education and career opportunities.
